JSpell Personal Dictionaries

We have a customer that is using JSpell personal dictionaries. Is LOCAL the default? Is there an expiration on the cookie that get's created? They are saying that when they add a word to their personal dictionary, it only stays out their for a day.

The next day when they come back in, they have to re-add the same word. I asked them if they delete their cookies from the browser and they said they hadn't?

What could be the issue?

Check the cookie expiration date that is getting saved by your browser. The expiration date should be about 10 years but if the date is anything less than a day it does indicate a problem.
