License-Information stored in Dictionary?

Hello,

currently, some questions about the dictionaries and the dictionary-tool arise.

We have the request, that the dictionary has to be editable centrally.
Is the Dictionary-Tool able to handle addition requests by a single command line? Does it interfere with the license-data stored in the dictionary?

Is the license-data actually stored in the dictionary?

the dictionary tool will allow you to add individual words from the command line. This will not interfere with the licensing technology in use.
