I bought a single server license of JSpell evolution in August of last year.

Recently, it is displaying that it is a trial version that has expired. Please let me know how I can fix that.

The only way this would happen is if you overwrote your working copy with a trial copy of the software. Did someone download a trial and use it on top of your existing copy?

Not that I know of. How do I reinstall my licensed version if that did happen?

If you send a message to the help desk then they'll send you a new copy of the software provided you are within the support period.
