Embedded Vulgar Word Checking

Can someone tell me if there is a setting that would allow the block.lst functionality to look for words in the list within the string?

We need to capture vulgar woulds that could be embedded in a string. I know that it would flag good words by doing this but to us it is more important to catch a vulgar word than it is to flag a good word as an error.
