Access to the dictionary tool?

we now have purchased JSpell. Within the E-Mail with the download links and license information were no hints about how to download the console dictionary tool.
How or when do we get access to it? ( http://www.thesolutioncafe.com/helpdesk/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=14 )
