View Full Version : Registration / Activation Issue?

I opened up a support ticket for this on Oct. 16, but as of yet, I have received no response.

My company purchase jSpell Evolution. We received a link, username, and password from Google checkout, and I downloaded the files.

I completed the installation (the Windows service version) and, thanks to the documentation, in short order had several test pages working. I like the implementation and configurable nature of the software.

However, after a few weeks, it stopped working! :(

Now I am getting a TRIAL EXPIRED message on the spell-check pop-up. Have anyone else experienced this? How do I convince the software that I have a purchased version??

Any help would be appreciated!
