We too are having a problem with the Spell Checker pop-up stating "Trial Expired" when we installed a purchased version.

What gives? How do we resolve this ASAP?

For the Admin, our info:
Transaction ID: 1593310336
Username for purchased version: B0B9J7A7

Thanks,
NJ

Is the jspell licence (text file) in the same location as your dictionary? Does your web.xml point to a valid dictionary location?

If you haven't gotten a license file you should send an email to the Support desk via our contact page at http://www.thesolutioncafe.com/jspellsupport.html

bmorreal, we did not receive a license text file with the package... strange.

Staffer - Yes, created a ticket/e-mail using your support page this morning on this issue,... Question ID: WFR-317008. Not to mention the ticket my colleague created 2 weeks ago that has yet to receive a response. Your lack of responsiveness is now directly impacting a product release.

I can't even imagine the scenario where we implement JSpell into our product and then it stops working after 30 days. Which would have happened had fate not stepped in and caused us to delay the implementation of Spell Check.

Fortunately you did not encounter an issue with the missing license. I have initiated a request to get this fixed.
